Wallet card
A single card, laid out eight to a sheet, carrying crisis numbers for Ireland and the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Poland, together with the European emergency number and a line stating that the holder does not have to be certain before calling.
There is a practical reason for a card rather than a link. A phone kept in a wallet can be found in a moment when a phone that has to be unlocked and searched is not, and a browser history is not always something a person wants to open in front of someone else.
Format: A4 sheet, eight cards. Print single-sided and cut along the guides.
Poster: asking directly
A three-quarter page poster built around the single most useful sentence a bystander can say: Are you thinking about suicide? It explains why asking plainly does not put the idea into someone's head, why a softened question gets a deflected answer, and what to do with the answer once it comes.
Set to be legible from about two metres, so that it works on a noticeboard rather than in a leaflet rack.

Poster: after an attempt
For hospital discharge areas, GP waiting rooms and supported housing. It covers the period that carries the highest risk and receives the least attention, the weeks immediately after someone leaves care, and what friends and family can do during them.

Desk guide for managers
A two-page guide for line managers and team leaders. It covers how to respond when a colleague discloses something, what not to promise, how to handle a return to work after a period of absence, and where the boundary of a manager's role actually sits.
Format: A4, two pages, double-sided.
For a school, workplace or sports club that wants to run a session rather than put up a poster, the combined resource pack gathers all of the above with a facilitator's note and a signposting sheet.
Conditions of use
